The Kids' Choice Awards tradition of sliming the stars blasted singer Katy Perry off her feet, literally. INSIDE EDITION has the details from the show.
When singer Katy Perry stepped on stage at the Kids Choice Awards, she knew she was going to get slimed, but not like the way it happened.
The blast of green slime, straight into her face, knocked her off her feet. The slime attack came as the singer was about to present the Best Actress award to Miley Cyrus.
The Best Actor blimp went to Twilight hunk Taylor Lautner, who said, "I have always dreamed of winning one of these orange blimps."
And First Lady Michele Obama was given a special award for her work fighting childhood obesity.
"Thanks for this wonderful award and for doing your part to stay healthy and fit," said the First Lady.
The Jonas brothers were a big hit at the awards. Disney star Demi Lovato is dating the Joe. She was nervous about getting slimed.
"I dont' want it to be me," said Lovato.
Demi didn't get slimed but Tina Fey and Steve Carrel did.
Host Kevin James also got a big slime bath, but no-one got it as bad as Katy Perry.
