It's happened again. Former Nickelodeon star Amanda Bynes got in another fender bender.
Bynes, hiding her face behind a blanket, bumped a car in front of her Thursday night in West Hollywood.
A photographer asked, "Amanda, how are you driving without a license?"
Bynes was apparently driving illegally. Her drivers license was suspended after a DUI arrest where she sideswiped a sheriff's car.
And a photo of the troubled Bynes was taken earlier this week in her car smoking something from a pipe. Clearly, something is up with the once-promising young starlet.
