INSIDE EDITION caught up with Leonardo DiCaprio, Tobey Maguire and more at the lavish premiere of The Great Gatsby.
Fans lined up outside the world famous Lincoln Center in New York City, all hoping to get a glimpse of the stars from the new film, The Great Gatsby. The fans hit paydirt when Leonardo DiCaprio signed autographs.
He told INSIDE EDITION working on this film was one of his greatest experiences ever.
"We had one of the most iconic American pieces of literature of all time, possibly America's greatest book," said DiCaprio.
Tobey Maguire told us he never read The Great Gatsby in high school.
"I only read the book a few years ago, but loved it when I read it," he said.
The film's all-star cast includes Carey Mulligan, who plays socialite Daisy Buchanan. Last night she was a vision in a red structrued gown.
Although set in the Roaring Twenties, The Great Gatsby is infused with a hip soundtrack produced by Jay-Z that is sure to bring the classic story to life for a whole new generation.
