With the Super Bowl days away, INSIDE EDITION looks prostitution and the big game.
Thousands of prostitutes have descended on the Super Bowl. Cops busted a high-end call girl ring just steps from Times Square, which is Super Bowl Boulevard. They were busted after allegedly posting ads online offering a night of sex for $1,000.
INSIDE EDITION found ads offering "Super Bowl specials all week," with sexy pictures of half-naked young women.
Another ad said, "Gorgeous girls available now. Lets start our Super Bowl party early!"
Anna Gristina is an ex-madam. She was busted for running a high-end escort service in New York. The so called "Soccer Mom Madam" pled guilty to one charge of promoting prostitution and served four months in jail.
INSIDE EDITION's Les Trent asked, “How busy was Super Bowl time for you?”
She said, “It was probably my best time of year.”
Why is the Super Bowl such a big draw for the sex trade?
Gristina said, “It brings out the more wealthy people who can afford tickets. The five-star hotels, they have their parties, they like to entertain, the wives don’t want to be around.”

She says her high roller clients were willing to pay up to $50,000 for the company of a beautiful woman for Super Bowl weekend.
Gristina said, “They would book weeks ahead of time. They would hire planes and hotels to have the best girls see them.”
Gristina’s girls worked voluntarily, but authorities say many of the young women brought here for the big game have been forced into the sex trade.
New Jersey’s Governor Chris Christie is vowing to come down hard on fans who are tempted to pay for sex.
He said, “If you do try it, expect that you will be caught.”
New Jersey Attorney General Jeff Chiesa said at a press conference, "Degrade, dehumanize, and victimize at your own peril. You are just as likely to hookup with a pair of our handcuffs as you are with a victim of sex slavery."
Despite the crackdown it seems sex and the Super Bowl goes hand in hand and will likely continue.
Trent asked, “Is it possible to prevent prostitution at the Super Bowl?”
“Absolutely not,” said Gristina.
