Elliot Rodger laid out his plan to kill as many sorority members as he could in his videos before the shooting. INSIDE EDITION reports on the chilling details.
A sorority was targeted by the so-called 'virgin killer,' Elliot Rodger. His twisted mission? To massacre them all.
They're the fun-loving coeds of Alpha Phi, shown partying in videos posted on their website. The women of Alpha Phi were singled out by Rodger in his chilling video where he said, "On the day of retribution I am going to enter the hottest sorority house of UCSB and I will slaughter every single spoiled stuck up blonde slut I see inside there."
On the night of the shootings he planned to do just that.
Rodger came to the target of his violent rage, the Alpha Phi sorority house. He banged loudly and aggressively on the front door for almost two minutes. Fortunately, none of the women inside opened the door, preventing what could have been a massacre. He then went around the corner and opened fire on three women standing just outside the sorority house. He killed two of them.
Security expert Steve Kardian told INSIDE EDITION, "They didn't recognize him. They didn't let him in. That saved a lot of lives."
Today, there is a carpet of flowers and dozens of candles at the spot where 22-year-old Katie Cooper and 19-year-old Veronica Weiss were slain.
"I want one for a girlfriend," said Rodger in his chilling video.
Rodger also directed his rage at the Alpha Phi sorority's sometimes boisterous beauty contest for men. It's called the 'Alpha Male' and features jocks and frat boys, exactly the men Rodger envied so much because, unlike him, they had no trouble getting dates.
That's likely what he was referring to in his video when he said, "I am in truth the superior one, the true alpha male!"
Security is being stepped up at sorority houses at campuses across America.
