Tracy Morgan is home from his lengthy hospital stay after a serious car accident left him badly injured. The comedian is suing Walmart over the accident. INSIDE EDITION has the latest.
We're getting our first look at funnyman Tracy Morgan.
He's out of the hospital and back at his home in New Jersey, flashing a victory sign as he got into an SUV Monday.
Morgan was severly injured in a June 7th accident when his limo van was rammed from behind by a Walmart truck. Another comedian in the vehicle was killed. Morgan is now suing Walmart claiming they were partly responsible for the accident.
The 30 Rock star suffered cracked ribs and a severely broken leg in the horrific crash.
Somehow, through all the pain, he still managed to smile.
