A woman has filed a lawsuit claiming Bill Cosby molested her and a friend when she was just 15 years old. INSIDE EDITION has the story.
Embattled Bill Cosby is accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl at the world-famous Playboy Mansion.
A woman named Judy Huth just filed a lawsuit accusing Cosby of taking her and a friend to the Playboy Mansion and telling them: “If any of the Playboy Bunnies asked their age they should say they were 19.”
Cosby allegedly gave the girls alcohol and they hung out in a game room. Then, the party allegedly took a nightmarish turn.
The lawsuit claims: "Cosby directed her to a bathroom near the game room. When she emerged from the bathroom she found Cosby sitting on the bed. He then proceeded to sexually molest her." It is the first lawsuit filed by any of Cosby's recent accusers."
Los Angeles prosecutor Rhonda Saunders told INSIDE EDITION, "When you have a civil case and someone has not come forward for 30, 40 years, the evidence has disappeared, any evidence that might have been there. We have no forensic evidence, we have no rape kits, we have no witnesses. The witnesses have all disappeared."
During the swinging 60's and 70's, Cosby was a regular guest at glamorous star-studded parties at the Playboy Mansion and on Hugh Hefner’s TV show Playboy After Hours.
Victoria Valentino was playmate of the month in September 1963 and she also says Cosby drugged and sexually assaulted her.
She recently told INSIDE EDITION "It's the perfect world for a predator to schmooze in. He didn't even look right at me. He just kind of turned and said, 'Call a cab.'"

With Bill Cosby under siege, he's getting support from singer Jill Scott, she tweeted: “Media/society is trying to destroy a magnificent legacy.”
Today, Cosby took to Twitter to thank Jill Scott and Whoopi Goldberg, who has also expressed support. Goldberg has said on The View, "Until you know that it is true, it is an allegation."
Cosby tweeted: “Thank You @MissJillScott from the Cosby Family" and "Thank You @WhoopiGoldberg.”
According to California law the woman was permitted to file the lawsuit all these years later because she claims she only discovered the impact the alleged assault had on her in the last three years. No comment yet from Cosby’s lawyer but he has previously denied all the allegations.
