“I was like, ‘Adam Sandler, it’s you!’” said bride Alex Steinberg.
A Canadian couple got their very own "Wedding Singer" as Adam Sandler jumped in while they were having their wedding photo shoot.
It all started when the Montreal newlyweds spotted the "Billy Madison" actor, who just happened to be having lunch at their venue.
"I was like, 'Adam Sandler, it’s you!'" bride Alex Steinberg told Time.
Steinberg explained she and her beau Kevin Goldstein were stepping out of their limousine outside of Le Mount Stephen hotel and stopped on the steps to take a couple of photos ahead of the ceremony.
That’s when the couple, who have been fans of Sandler since his "Saturday Night Live" days, noticed the actor dining on the hotel’s terrace.
"I saw them looking at us, because people always look at a girl in her wedding dress," Steinberg said. “I was like, 'Please come! Please come! Sing the hora!'"
Although Sandler declined the wedding invitation, he did agree to join them for a couple of photos, taken by Sana Belgot of Mlle Sana Photography.
"He was so lovely and wished us well," Steinberg said.
