"I thrive under pressure," the former Olympian told Inside Edition.
The pressure is on for Tonya Harding and dance partner Sasha Farber as they rehearse for triple elimination on "Dancing with the Stars."
Inside Edition went behind the scenes with the duo ahead of Monday’s episode, which will see three couples sent home.
After Harding’s performance last Monday, she says she's up to the challenge.
"I thrive under pressure — I do," she said. "I get a little nervous, but that's okay."
Her partner believes the controversial former figure skater has a secret weapon that gives them a leg up on the competition.
"She's been through so much she can take any criticism," he said. "So I can really push her to her limits."
Harding said she is dancing for her 7-year-old son, was who in the audience during her last performance.
"He came up and gave me a big hug and said, 'Mom you know what? I’m proud of you,'" she recalled.
