There wasn't a dry eye in the room.
It was a beautiful surprise for a Utah bride as the voice of her late father was played during her wedding reception.
Bride Kaley West Young had not planned on having a father-daughter dance at her wedding since her father had passed away three years ago — but her five brothers had other plans.
During the reception, which took place earlier this month, her brothers each took turns dancing with their sister to the Michael Bolton song "Fathers and Daughters."
As the tune played, the voice of her late father David West was suddenly heard, one of several recordings her brothers had managed to intertwine with the song.
"I just wanted to wish you guys good luck and, just know that, I love you very much and, you know, I’m going to miss you," one message said.
There wasn't a dry eye in the room.
“To hear his voice again and it's not just him talking, it's him talking to me — he was saying my name — I was overcome with emotion. I just felt nothing but love," she told Inside Edition.
West Young's brothers got the clips of their father's voice with the help of old home videos.
