Actress Gal Gadot stepped into character to deliver a "Wonder"-ful surprise for children in a Virginia hospital.
Gadot, 33, donned her full "Wonder Woman" costume as she visited Inova Children’s Hospital in Annandale Sunday. She was seen posing for numerous photos in full gear with children and hospital staff.
“Thank you Gal Gadot for visiting us at Inova Children’s Hospital,” tweeted Dr. Lucas Collazo, alongside a photo of the actress posing with the hospital’s staff. “You are a true Wonder Woman. The kids loved it...and so did the staff.”
Gadot first appeared as the iconic character in "Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice" in 2016 before starring in her own "Wonder Woman" solo film a year later. She reprised the role in "Justice League," and is currently filming "Wonder Woman 1984" in the Virginia and Washington, D.C., area.
"Wonder Woman 1984" is set to hit theaters on Nov. 1, 2019.
