It's not the first time the "Melrose Place" star had been accused of striking a police officer.
The turmoil continues for troubled actress Heather Locklear as the former "Melrose Place" star shielded her face with a hoodie in Monday after she was arrested yet again.
Locklear allegedly struck a cop and an EMT who were responding to a 911 call at her California home Sunday.
"She was extremely intoxicated and at one point she actually kicked a deputy, at which point she was arrested," one cop told Inside Edition.
Locklear also allegedly kicked the EMT. Cops say it was the second time they had been called to her home that day.
"She was booked into custody on two counts of battery on emergency personnel," the officer said.
Locklear did not talk to reporters as she left jail with her attorney. She was released after posting $20,000 bail.
Just last week, the 56-year-old actress was reportedly hospitalized for a psych evaluation and was suicidal, according to reports.
Locklear is still facing charges for allegedly attacking police officers in another incident back in February.
Locklear's home has reportedly been declared "a hazard" by the fire department because of the number of incidents there.
The actress did not respond to Inside Edition's requests for comment.
The former “Spin City” star is due back in court Tuesday.
