Kevin Hart is thankful to be alive after an incident with his private jet left him shaken up Thursday afternoon.
"Just touched down in Boston — had my first airplane scare," he told his social media followers. "Your boy got angels on his back!"
The comedian and his buddies posed next to the Gulf Stream private jet they had just exited with their hands clasped in prayer after a really rough landing Thursday.
They had flown to Beantown to see their beloved Philadelphia 76ers take on the Boston Celtics in the NBA Playoffs.
“Our planes tire busted on one side as we were landing and s*** got real for a second. Our pilot handled the situation perfectly. God is good!” Hart wrote on Instagram.
The incident forced the temporary closing of a runway at Boston's Logan Airport.
Hart sounded shaken-up in a video he personally took, saying, “I have angels on my back. My mom, God, I am very lucky.”
Hart also took video of the shredded tire.
They made it to the playoff game in time and watched as the 76ers fell to the Celtics 108-103 in game 2 of the Eastern Conference semifinals.
