Winning the lottery was so easy, Stanley Manley could do it with his eyes closed.
The man from Littleton, North Carolina walked away with the $160,595 jackpot after picking lottery numbers with his eyes closed.
"I closed my eyes and let luck be my guide," Manley said of his strategy, according to the North Carolina Education Lottery.
The frequent lottery player said he got a funny feeling that he should purchase a Cash 5 ticket at a cafe one day.
Even though he usually uses his lucky numbers, Manley decided to just wing it.
"I put the pencil down and wherever it landed, that's the number I used,” he said.
When it came time for the drawing last week, he found his arbitrary approach paid off.
"I told my wife the night before that I was feeling lucky,” he said.
