A 10-year-old visits an Yuma, Arizona, tattoo parlor for a touch up on the ink she had gotten a year prior. In an Instagram post the shop wrote, "The client “the young girl” wanted a portrait of a @realdonaldtrump on her neck but i convinced her to do a more patriotic tattoo.
