12-Year-Old Colorado Boy on Life Support After Trying ‘Blackout Challenge’

A 12-year-old boy is on life support after his parents say he may have tried a social media stunt known as the “Blackout Challenge.” Joshua Haileyesus was found unconscious in the bathroom of his family’s Colorado home by his brother. His father says Joshua appears to have tried to choke himself with a shoelace. He was taken to the hospital, but a week later doctors told his father that there is nothing more that medicine can do for his son. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
