A 14-month-old boy has some wild looking hair, but his mom says that it’s no joke! Locklan Samples has a rare genetic condition called “uncombable hair syndrome.” It is so rare that only about 100 people from around the world have the condition. For most people, the hair is generally white or strawberry blond, and many people grow out of it at puberty. Another woman is having hair troubles of her own after her hair caught fire while blowing out birthday candles.
