14-Year-Old Aiden Fucci Pleads Not Guilty in Murder of 13-Year-Old Tristyn Bailey

A 14-year old has pleaded ‘not guilty’ in the stabbing death of his 13-year-old schoolmate. Aiden Fucci was arrested after the body of Tristyn Bailey was found on Mother’s Day. Florida authorities say the cheerleader had been stabbed 114 times, with at least 49 defensive stab wounds to her head, arms, and hands. Originally charged with 2nd degree murder and held in a juvenile detention center, the Florida state attorney is now charging Aiden Fucci with 1st degree murder, as an adult.
