2 Abandoned Babies, Adopted by Same Family, Learn They Are Siblings

Vicki and Frank were both adopted by the same family on Staten Island a year and a half apart, but had no idea just how close they were. Just recently they learned their origin stories. Vicki was just days old when she was found in the bathroom at a hospital by a nurse. Frank was also abandoned, found on the steps of a daycare center in a diaper bag in 2002.
