2 Afghan Journalists Beaten by Taliban After Covering Women’s Protests

While covering a women’s protest, 22-year-old Tagi Daryabi and a colleague were arrested and detained by the Taliban. When they got to the police station, Daryabi says he and his colleague heard screams from a nearby room, likely that of others being beaten as well.
