2 NYPD Officers and Good Samaritan Praised for Subway Rescue

Dramatic video shows how a man was rescued from the subway tracks seconds before a train pulled into the station. The NYPD released bodycam video of the incident in Harlem. Officials say a man fell onto the tracks and officers had to race to get to him. When they arrived on scene, a witness was tending to the victim on the tracks.
