8-Year-Old Paralyzed in Highland Park Shooting

An 8-year-old boy is paralyzed from the waist down due to his injuries following the Highland Park mass shooting. Cooper Roberts is now on a ventilator and his spinal cord is severed. Cooper's mother, Keely Roberts, was shot in the leg and his twin brother Luke Roberts is recovering from being hit by shrapnel.
