These people made some wild bets, but followed through. In 2017, a Texas teen lost a bet and paid it off by getting duct-taped to a pole. Also in 2017, professional poker player Walter Fisher says he lost 70 pounds in six months after his colleagues made fun of him. And he won $1 million.
