Alabama Doctor Will Refuse to Treat Patients Who Don’t Have COVID-19 Vaccine

As the nation’s top doctors take to the airwaves to promote COVID-19 booster shots, one Alabama doctor is making his stance on vaccination clear. Dr. Jason Valentine posted a notice on his office door and sent a letter to every patient, telling them that he would not accept unvaccinated patients after Oct. 1. “I cannot continue to watch my patients suffer and die from an eminently preventable disease,” he wrote. After some backlash online, his three unvaccinated patients agreed to get the shot.
