Pop Artist Dua Lipa Granted Albanian Citizenship

British singer-songwriter Dua Lipa was granted Albanian citizenship by President Bajram Begaj on Sunday. Lipa, who is of Albanian descent, was granted citizenship ahead of Albania's 110th anniversary of independence from the Ottoman Empire in November 1912. Lipa was born in London in 1995 to Anesa Lipa and Dukagjin Lipa who emigrated to the United Kingdom from Kosovo. Inside Edition Digital’s Stephanie Officer has the details.
