Baby Allergic to the Sun Has Special Cover on Stroller to Protect Him

Freddie Mason-Perkins has a rare condition that has left him allergic to the sun. His mom, Carlie, says they only knew about the condition, called Trichothiodystrophy, after thorough testing and connecting with others around the world who knew about it. She says Freddie has a special cover on his stroller that protects him from the sunlight. "He's quite happy in there," his mom says.
