Baby Survives Being Shot in Head by Houston Cops as They Chased Robbery Suspect

A 1-year-old boy is fighting for his life after being accidentally shot in the head by police as they chased an alleged robbery suspect who jumped into the child's mother's car. Houston police had been chasing the man for about three miles, when he pulled into a gas station, and jumped into Daisha Smalls' car. The suspect allegedly refused to drop his gun, and one officer opened fire, killing the man. But the toddler sitting in the back seat of the car was struck in the head by gunfire as well.
