Music Teacher Gets Surprise Sendoff From Former Students
A beloved high school music teacher received a touching sendoff. Joe Ciccimaro directed the performing arts program at La Salle College High School for 54 years. When he finally decided to retire, some of his former students came together to be conducted by him one last time. More than 300 of Mr. Ciccimaro’s former students gathered in the high school auditorium for the epic sendoff. It's being compared to the 1995 movie “Mr. Holland's Opus.”
