Caretaker of Zachary Cruz Claims Parkland Suspect Was ‘Ticking Time Bomb’

The younger brother of Florida school shooter Nikolas Cruz went before a judge today. 18-year-old Zachary Cruz was arrested for trespassing after he was spotted skateboarding across the campus where 17 students and teachers were killed on Valentine's Day, allegedly by his older brother. Meanwhile, the woman who is taking care of Zachary is speaking out. Roxanne Deschamps claimed she warned authorities that Nikolas was a ticking time bomb. She took in the boys after their mother died last year.
