Carjacker Allegedly Steals Car With Baby in the Back Seat

High tensions and hellish moments for a carjacking victim and mother who had to watch as a suspect took off with her car and baby in Los Angeles. KCBS reports the scene unfolded on 9th and Figueroa streets in the downtown area. In a matter of minutes, LAPD officers were able to stop the suspect and return the baby safely.
