Trapped Miners Rescued in the Dominican Republic

Gregory Alexander Mendez and Carlos Yepez were greeted with applause from medics, rescue workers and the President of the Dominican Republic, Luis Abinader once they saw daylight above ground for the first time in 10 days. “Thank you to all the people who throughout the country were praying so that today was a success and happiness, for them to be sound and safe,” Abinader said.
