Man Dies After Contracting Triple E Virus From Mosquito

Richard Pawulski's daughter and his wife are just coming to terms with his death days ago. In 2019, he was bitten by a mosquito in his own backyard. It turned out the insect was infected with the rare Triple E virus. He struggled with the virus for five years. Pawulski was in and out of the hospital before finally succumbing. The family says it is still difficult to come to terms with the fact that a single mosquito bite did all this.
