What is a quinceanera without a father and daughter dance? The Garcias of Oklahoma don't have a daughter, but they do have a dog named Nova and she turned 15 in dog years this year. So, of course they had to throw her a right-of-passage party to celebrate the milestone. Nova got a tutu and crown for her big bash.
