Fake heiress Anna Delvey is dancing her way right into a huge controversy. The announcement that Delvey would be a contestant on "Dancing with the Stars" while wearing an ankle monitor is stirring up backlash. The New York State Department of Corrections tells Inside Edition that Delvey applied for a travel permit and was approved after an investigation into the request. She also faces a deportation hearing back to Germany but Delvey says authorities also signed off on her request.
