Dashcam Video Shows Man Aggressively Plowing Through Parade

Newly released dashcam video shows an out-of-control 42-year-old driver. Sidney Mecham was enraged after he found out that traffic was blocked due to Portland's annual Grand Floral Parade. Every bit of the action was being recorded by his own cameras, including when he drove right into the parade route. Stunned parade-goers scrambled to get out of the way while others chased after him on foot. Mecham was finally stopped and arrested. He's been behind bars since the June incident, awaiting trial on 38 charges. He has pled not guilty.
