Deer Spotted in Wisconsin With Arrow Through Its Head

This appears to be a deer wandering around the woods. But there’s an arrow going through its head. A cyclist told WDJT he spotted it while riding his bike on a trail in Whitnall Park in Wisconsin. The deer has been living like this for months. Wisconsin’s Department of Natural Resources is aware of the deer and continues to monitor it. They’re also monitoring reports of illegal hunting activity. Inside Edition Digital has more.
