Donald Trump Avoids Jail Time in Historic Hush Money Case

After Jimmy Carter's funeral, Donald Trump flew to Mar-a-Lago. He appeared virtually for his historic sentencing in connection with the Stormy Daniels hush-money conviction. Trump lashed out calling the case a witch hunt and a despicable charade. Judge Juan Marchon sentenced Trump with "unconditional discharge" which means the president-elect will not face fines, prison, or any other penalties. Trump has said he will appeal the conviction.
