Dr. Oz is ready to jump start your New Year with his brand new lifestyle plan, System 20, which includes intermittent fasting, exercise and sleep tips. "The benefit of System 20 is that over the course of 2020 if you do these 20 steps, you'll be able to lose 20 pounds if you want to, but more importantly, reduce the chance of chronic illness like diabetes or high blood pressure by 20 percent," Dr. Oz said. Inside Edition's Alison Hall was there for the program's launch.
