The comments were made by Rachel Nichols during a phone call that was recorded last year, but was recently obtained by the New York Times. Despite apologizing to the colleague, Maria Taylor, ESPN announced Nichols would be replaced as a sideline reporter for the NBA Finals, but she will continue to host her show "The Jump."
