Have You Seen This Missing American Woman in Mexico?
New video has been released to aid in the search for a missing American woman who the FBI says was kidnapped in Mexico. Monica de Leon Barba was last seen walking home from work with her dog in Tepatitlán, Jalisco, Mexico. One video shows the moments before she was kidnapped. The other shows the suspects who the FBI believes are involved. A reward of up to $40,000 has been issued for information leading to Monica’s recovery. Inside Edition Digital has more.
