Four-legged friends are usually allowed to dine outdoors with their humans, if the restaurant allows it. But does the idea give some people "paws"? For years in California, It has been legal for restaurants to allow dogs to sit on their patio if they want. and now the FDA is backing that up, saying that dogs pose no threat to your health while eating out.
