Massive flight delays and cancellations continue at Toronto's Pearson International Airport. Angry passengers sounded like they were ready to revolt after waiting hours for their luggage. It's all due to the ripple effect of this week's upside-down plane crash. Delta Airlines announced that it's offering all 76 passengers who were on board the plane $30,000. There are "no strings attached," meaning taking the money does not stop anyone from suing the airline at a later date.
