Manatees Romeo and Juliet Released From Cramped Tank

Heartbreaking drone video captured a manatee swimming in a tiny, cramped tank at a Miami wildlife facility he was living in for more than 60 years. Phil Demers, co-founder of UrgentSeas, recorded the shocking video. The 67-year-old gentle giant named Romeo had been in captivity at the Miami Seaquarium since 1956.  With calls for Romeo’s relocation growing louder, he was finally moved to a new facility at ZooTampa.
