Disturbing video shows Minnesota police kneeling on the neck of a man for at least seven minutes as he struggles and says he can’t breathe. George Floyd eventually dies in handcuffs on the ground. Four cops have been fired and his death is being investigated by the FBI. His death is drawing comparison to Eric Garner, who was killed after being put into a chokehold.
