When a homeowner in Louisiana encountered an alleged intruder, he took matters into his own hands and streamed it on Facebook. Caesar Ray of Baton Rouge is a former corrections officer. He says his neighbor called to let him know that someone was lurking around his driveway, possibly trying to break into his daughter's car.
