Hospital Holds Honor Walk for Stroke Victim Whose Organ Donations Saved 5 Lives
It was a show of respect for an organ donor as she was taken to perform her last giving act. Gwen Daigle, 51, suffered a brain injury in October, but by the time she could be rushed to the hospital, it was too late. Deborah Carman says her daughter had just 1% brain function and wasn't going to recover. Staff at Tri-City Medical Center in San Diego, California, gave Gwen an Honor Walk to thank her for her sacrifice. InsideEdition.com's Mara Montalbano has more.
