How Jimmy Fallon’s Show Is Able to Record in New York City Studio
July 15, 2020
Jimmy Fallon returned to his studio Monday for the first time since the pandemic shut down production. The show faces some major changes - there’s no audience, and guests appear via Zoom. Only a small crew is allowed on set, after they each tested negative for COVID-19. The set follows New York’s Governor Andrew Cuomo strict protocol to keep the state’s coronavirus number down by enforcing social distancing rules that also require all crew members to wear masks.
