Marikah Miller wants to fill her daughter’s Easter basket with chocolate bunnies but with the soaring costs of chocolate, she's not sure if she can foot the bill. The price of cocoa has more than doubled to almost $8,000 per ton, which is the highest price in decades. Consumer Reports deputy editor Brian Vines helped Miller find some deals at the supermarket.
