How Wrongfully Convicted Isaac Wright Jr Freed Himself and Became a Lawyer
Wrongly convicted as a drug kingpin of a crime he did not commit, Isaac Wright Jr. 's story of how he freed himself from prison is so compelling that ABC turned it into a series that 50 Cent is backing. In 1991, Wright was sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole after 30 years. Instead of hiring a lawyer, Wright got to work defending himself, armed with just a high-school diploma. “Sometimes when you get challenges and don't know where to go, sometimes the answer is in the mirror,” Wright said. InsideEdition.com’s Stephanie Officer explains how he triumphed over it all.
