It’s going to take more than a hurricane to stop this couple from saying “I do.” Leah and Brandon Frick had less than seven hours to plan their wedding after a mandatory evacuation notice was issued in Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina. There was no time for wedding rehearsals and the couple didn’t even have their marriage license yet. So they snapped into action, and with the help of family and friends, the bride and groom were ready to tie the knot that same day.
